The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and advocacy skills.

Duties

• Defend clients in employment litigation matters, including discrimination and harassment claims.
• Handle single-plaintiff cases and class and collective actions.
• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Conduct investigations and prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
• Oversee all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Represent clients in mediations and administrative proceedings.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist in developing workplace policies and employee handbooks.
• Train employers on employment law topics.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver legal solutions.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Licensed in Georgia; California license is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.
