• Assist clients in asset protection and preservation strategies.
• Comply with client and firm standard operating procedures.
• Conduct legal and tax research.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in trust and estate matters.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies.
• Existing referral base generating significant revenue.
• Experience handling surrogate court proceedings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize data into clear arguments.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Active attorney license in applicable states.
• High degree of initiative and mature judgment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. Degree

Certifications

• Active attorney license in applicable states
