Duties

Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• 2+ years of trucking and transportation litigation experience.
• 2+ years of Massachusetts litigation experience.
• Bar admission in Massachusetts is required.
• Strong preference for candidates licensed in Rhode Island or Connecticut, or open to obtaining such licenses.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts.
