A law firm seeks a mid to senior level Finance Associate to join their Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in general finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers and security agreements.
• Prepare and review credit agreements and other loan documents.
• Engage in general corporate finance activities.
• Collaborate on data center or digital infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Experience with UCC and general corporate finance.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Experience in a peer law firm is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
