A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Construction Associate in Chicago, IL. An active bar license in the state of application is required or must be obtained promptly.

Duties

• Negotiate EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources unit.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the state of application.
