Duties

• Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence and preparing witnesses.
• Participate in court depositions and hearings to advocate for clients.
• Manage legal case files efficiently using case management systems.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar is required.
• Experience in legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Ability to draft clear and effective legal documents.
• Experience in court depositions and trial preparation is desirable.
• Familiarity with procedural laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prior work experience in a law office setting is preferred.

Education
