Duties

• Provide guidance to clients married to non-U.S. citizens on tax planning.
• Assist clients in renouncing U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• Draft estate plan documents for clients with international interests.
• Administer estates of U.S. individuals with foreign assets.
• Advise foreign clients on U.S. investments and real estate acquisitions.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel on cross-border estate matters.
• Guide clients on U.S. reporting requirements for foreign investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in international estate planning.
• Active member in good standing of the Connecticut, New York, or Florida bars.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Connecticut, New York, or Florida.
