A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Senior Counsel in Washington, DC. Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit finance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of tax credit experience.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with New Markets Tax Credits preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
