- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California preferred.
Skills
- Experience with venture capital, private equity, or growth equity funds.
- Knowledge of the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and Securities Act.
