A law firm seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join its busy Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic practice with significant client interaction and autonomy.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, easements, and development agreements.



• Manage a high volume of work while prioritizing tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.



• Provide conscientious and detail-oriented legal support for commercial real estate matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.



• Significant experience with land use related agreements is desired.



• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.



• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiating skills are essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
