Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases from filing to trial.
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and one or more other states.
• 0-5 years of experience in personal injury law as an attorney.
• Ability to obtain licensure in an additional state within six months of employment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Michigan and at least one other state.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
