Duties

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in capital markets and public company governance.
• Ability to handle a full range of public company work.
• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and ATM programs.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
