This role supports the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology. The position collaborates across various offices and departments, reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Duties

• Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery and improve efficiency.
• Integrate technology, including generative AI, into legal practices.
• Design and develop AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Enhance and maintain the TCG deal data dashboard.
• Create and automate knowledge and precedent libraries.
• Educate legal professionals on client-facing solutions and firm resources.
• Develop case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm.
• Experience with private offerings, venture capital, and emerging company transactions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
• Problem-solving skills with limited standardization.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI opportunities.
• Experience in designing AI-powered workflows.
• Understanding of knowledge management and project management.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications
