Duties

• Represent clients in U.S. and cross-border transactions, including M&A.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

• Manage multiple files and take primary responsibility for them.
• Provide superior client service and maintain a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a U.S. law firm tax practice.
• Broad tax experience in U.S. and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Member in good standing of the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
