Duties

• Counsel government contractors on legal aspects of government contracting.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate various agreements.
• Manage regulatory compliance, including FAR/DFARS.
• Handle bid protests, suspension, and debarment issues.
• Conduct compliance audits and manage novations.
• Advise on small business programs and GSA schedules.
• Address intellectual property, data rights, and cybersecurity matters.
• Engage in labor and employment issues and investigations.
• Ensure adherence to domestic preference requirements and FAA regulations.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in government contracts.
• Admission (or waiver) to the Virginia Bar.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, research, and writing skills.

Education

• Top 25 Law School or top graduate in GW Law Government Procurement Concentration.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia Bar.
