Duties

• Manage and execute a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters.



• Conduct thorough property diligence and review lease agreements on behalf of lenders and investors.



• Draft, negotiate, and finalize legal documents related to commercial real estate deals.



• Collaborate with team members to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.



• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.



• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the State of Texas.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission or eligibility for admission in Texas.

Skills

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.



• Experience with cross-border matters or large regional/national firm environments is preferred.



• Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
