A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Napa, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation, with a preference for those familiar with trial, appellate, and arbitration matters. Duties

• Prepare and support trial, appellate, and arbitration matters.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents and pleadings.
• Manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in California.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; iManage experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered legal research tools is a plus.

Education

• JD from a top-tier ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California preferred.
