Requirements

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a corporate or transactional practice is a plus.
• Eligibility to sit for the bar exam in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

• Bar exam eligibility or completion required.
