A law firm seeks a midlevel litigation associate for its New York City, NY office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Duties

• Represent clients in intellectual property and complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
• Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant litigation experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
