Job Overview
A law firm seeks a midlevel litigation associate for its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Duties

• Manage and execute litigation strategies for complex cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
