The successful candidate will engage in complex real estate transactions, working with developers, institutional investors, and other sophisticated clients across the United States.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence processes.
• Coordinate transaction closings.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota attorney license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and commercial leasing is desirable.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
