• Oversee debtor-in-possession financings and cash collateral matters.
• Engage in commercial loan enforcement litigation and adversary proceedings.
• Manage real estate workouts and distressed real estate transactions.
• Participate in cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the state Bar of preferred location.
• Experience managing complex matters with increasing responsibility.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with clients and other transaction parties.
• Strong business judgment and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to teamwork and excellent client service.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
