A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Litigation team in Denver, Colorado. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney to develop their litigation practice while working alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of case strategy and gain meaningful courtroom experience.

Duties

• Contribute to all phases of case strategy and development for medical malpractice matters.



• Gain meaningful courtroom and litigation experience under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys.



• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing proactive counsel.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or complex civil litigation.



• Active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar.



• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.



• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
