A law firm seeks a Privacy and Mobility Associate Attorney to join its team in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will support the firm's Privacy and Mobility Practice Team, advising on AI, data privacy, and security practices across various industries, including autonomous vehicles and consumer data.

Duties

• Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare client-ready memoranda.
• Draft privacy policies and related documentation.
• Support mobility-related regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assist with incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor legal developments and update clients accordingly.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Three to five years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in privacy, data protection, or related areas.
• Familiarity with state consumer privacy laws, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Ability to produce clear, client-ready written work.
• Sound analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in technology-forward industries.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities.
• Preferred: IAPP CIPP/US certification.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Preferred: IAPP CIPP/US certification.
