Duties

• Represent clients in construction defect litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Collaborate with experts to evaluate defect claims.
• Stay informed on Colorado construction defect statutes.
• Analyze construction schedules and evaluate delay impacts.
• Review contracts and project documentation to develop strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediations and trials.
• Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior associates and participate in business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor required.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
