Duties

• Manage deal execution from inception to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactional steps.



• Supervise, mentor, and train more junior associates, providing guidance on legal research, drafting, and client interaction.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters, with specific expertise in venture capital financings.



• Proven ability to manage complex deal execution processes independently.



• Experience in supervising and training junior legal staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in New York or California.

Skills

• Strong understanding of venture capital structures and emerging company governance.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
