Duties

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Formulate and present well-structured immigration strategies.
• Engage with clients at various management levels, offering counsel as needed.
• Serve as a business advisor with a comprehensive understanding of immigration law.
• Research complex immigration issues and develop solutions.
• Independently prepare and file cases, developing strategies for complex matters.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within the client base.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and other staff.
• Lead continuous improvement processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support senior team members on client proposals and business plans.
• Participate in marketing and business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and policies.

Requirements

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 5-8 years of experience at the Associate level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State or Washington DC.
