Duties

• Advise employers on workplace matters including employment policies, wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, leave laws, and workplace investigations.



• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation for employment-related disputes.



• Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.



• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.



• Proven ability to counsel clients on complex employment law issues with excellent legal research and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Colorado state bar license.
