Duties

• Conduct patent litigation-related research and draft motions, including claim construction and dispositive motion practice.
• Manage independent projects within a team setting.
• Take depositions and manage fact and expert discovery.
• Provide strong client service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IP litigation experience.
• Oregon or Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in one or more of the firm's industry groups.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• USPTO admission is a plus but not required.
