• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance subrogation litigation.
• Proven experience handling workers' compensation or property damage claims is preferred.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.
