Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Firm, working closely with attorneys, paralegals and staff to produce a range of content that reinforces and amplifies the Firm’s brand as a nationwide leader in the practice of employment law.  The candidate will help prepare and manage materials for marketing purposes, including: website content, social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), print and digital advertisements, press releases, press conferences, webinars and other live events, award submissions, lawyer directory websites, attorney biographies, email marketing campaigns and market research.  The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who has foundational knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, as well as proven graphic design abilities and working knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to tailor messages to different audiences;

Good technical understanding of computer technologies and the ability to pick up new technology tools quickly;

Ability to multi-task while still exhibiting good judgment in a fast-paced environment;

Capacity to remain calm under pressure and respond promptly to inquiries;

Must be reliable, dependable, and have the ability to work in a team setting;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); WordPress is a plus.
