Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Partner in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in state and federal employment matters, focusing on employer-side representation. This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment.

Duties

• Represent employers in various employment law matters.
• Advise on wage and hour compliance, non-competes, and workplace safety.
• Provide guidance on disability leave, workplace harassment, and employee discrimination.
• Analyze employment issues in mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Prior experience with an AmLaw 200 firm or similar.
• Proven track record in handling complex employment matters.
• Portable book of business of at least $250k/year or a strong business plan.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
