A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Atlanta, GA, to manage complex litigation and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will combine strong courtroom advocacy with compassionate client representation, ensuring favorable outcomes through effective negotiation and trial preparation.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and building trust while keeping them informed of claim status.



• Communicate with insurance companies regarding demands, offers, and claim developments to secure maximum compensation.



• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair during jury trials when necessary.



• Evaluate claims and utilize superb negotiation skills to resolve matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.



• Possess 6 or more years of litigation experience.



• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.



• Exhibit strong team-oriented values and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Skills

• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred.



• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.



• Ability to evaluate claims and manage case strategy effectively.
