Duties

• Advise on Delaware corporate law in various transactions.

• Manage complex lending and private equity transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of Delaware corporate experience.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Background in a Delaware-based or large national/international law firm.
• Delaware bar admission.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Delaware bar admission.
