Job Overview

Duties

• Manage a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.



• Handle proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and resolve trademark and copyright disputes.



• Address domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and lead anticounterfeiting enforcement efforts.



• Draft and respond to demand letters, provide litigation support, and manage copyright registration processes.



• Oversee trademark and copyright licensing and technology agreement work.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in trademark litigation and TTAB proceedings is a threshold requirement.



• Hold an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office of application, or commit to obtaining one promptly.



• Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.



• Show a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working well under pressure.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the relevant state.
