Duties

• Represent financial services companies in complex litigation matters involving loan servicing and credit reporting disputes.



• Manage multiple matters with competing deadlines, engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery processes with precision.



• Collaborate within a supportive team while maintaining independent responsibility for case strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Three or more years of substantive litigation experience in consumer financial services or related fields.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
