Duties

• Represent clients in DUI, criminal, juvenile, divorce, and custody matters.
• Appear in various courts across East Tennessee.
• Conduct potential new client consultations and quote fees.
• Develop personalized legal strategies based on evidence and case law.
• Negotiate plea agreements and settlements in clients' best interests.
• Conduct hearings and trials as necessary.
• Maintain strong attorney-client relationships through empathy and communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and seminars.
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys on case preparation.

Requirements

• 1-10 years of experience in criminal and family law.
• Experience in handling divorces, child custody, and DCS matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Skills
