Duties

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Support attorneys in litigation processes by organizing case files and preparing exhibits.
• Engage in negotiations and communications with clients and opposing parties under attorney supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines within the law office environment.
• Collaborate with team members on various legal matters, including estate planning, family law, and more.
• Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case strategy development.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Oklahoma bar association member.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts across various practice areas is a plus.
• Experience with legal research tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Previous legal administrative experience or internships are advantageous but not required.
