Duties

• Support attorneys in trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on tax issues.
• Assist with business succession planning for closely held business owners.
• Draft correspondence, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications
