Requirements

• 7+ years of land use and environmental law experience.
• Extensive experience with CEQA and California land use matters.
• Required land use litigation experience.
• Knowledge of California planning and zoning laws.
• Experience with entitlements, permitting, and environmental review.
• Strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
• Strong strategic judgment and client-service skills.
• Experience with public entities or private developers is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
