A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its growing practice in Savannah, GA. The firm is building one of the fastest-growing disability practices in the country, offering a robust caseload and consistent client pipeline. This role allows attorneys to focus on advocacy and case resolution rather than business development, within a collaborative, office-based environment.

Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop legal strategies, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases to secure benefits for clients.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license in good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and successfully managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Show strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
