Duties

• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions in the life sciences and technology sectors.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with AI-native or AI-driven biotechnology companies is a plus.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
