Duties

• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
• Draft and review discovery documents and related correspondence.
• Argue motions and oppositions in court and remotely.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare documents for arbitration and trial.
• Participate actively in trials.
• Strategically litigate cases by gathering key evidence.
• Draft mediation briefs and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate regularly with clients.
• Assist in managing litigation assistants and paralegals.
• Attend regular professional development training.

Requirements

• Licensed Attorney in Nevada.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Resourceful and persistent.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada.
