Duties

• Handle estate planning, probate, and guardianship cases.
• Lead trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions in Texas courts.
• Develop and implement strategic case plans and negotiation tactics.
• Provide compassionate and effective client representation.
• Manage a diverse caseload across multiple regions.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff for document accuracy.

Requirements

• Active Texas State Bar membership with at least 2 years in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship.
• Proven courtroom experience in Texas, including lead advocacy roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in supervising legal support staff.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms and Texas e-filing systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
