A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of practical experience to join its office in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. This role requires travel within the state and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a teamwork-driven environment.

Duties

• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.



• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining organization and meeting fluctuating deadlines.



• Collaborate with team members to handle diverse and sophisticated client matters.



• Travel within the state as required for case-related activities.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.



• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.



• Exhibit strong analytical and writing abilities.



• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, teamwork-driven environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.

Skills

• Practical litigation experience of 3+ years.



• Prior insurance defense experience is a plus.



• Jury trial experience is desired.



• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
