A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal representation across various practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation, while working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff.

Duties

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed in Ohio (required).
• 2-5+ years of experience (all qualified applicants considered).
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Multi-state licensure (Indiana/Kentucky preferred).
• Licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court.
• Litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Ohio.
