Duties

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
• Draft purchase and sale agreements and related documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sales, purchases, and financing transactions.
• Represent developers in drafting agreements for real estate developments.
• Handle mortgage loan transactions for borrowers.
• Oversee the closing of real estate sales and financing transactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage core real estate tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to be admitted in Minnesota.
