Requirements

• Knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with private equity transactions is a plus.
• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Indiana bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Indiana bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
