Duties

• Manage and litigate general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters from inception through resolution.



• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with superior written and oral communication skills.



• Conduct legal research and analyze case files using LexisNexis and case management systems.



• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Current and active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.



• Up to 7 years of litigation experience preferred, with a focus on Pennsylvania practice, though relevant skills from other jurisdictions are considered.



• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).



• Ability to track billable hours and manage time efficiently in a dynamic legal setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Superior written and oral communication skills.



• Proficiency with LexisNexis and familiarity with case/file management systems.



• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
