Duties

• Assist with legal research, discovery, and briefing.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in patent litigation, including federal district courts, ITC, and/or PTAB.
• Outstanding academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Registered patent attorney preferred.

Skills

• Technical degree in electrical engineering or computer sciences preferred; other technical backgrounds considered.
